The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the delivery of social and emotional wellbeing activities (SEWB), including coordinate a team of workers. The role will provide leadership in SEWB capacity and ensure the delivery of services adapt to the changing needs of community, whilst ensuring quality, timeliness, and effective service delivery.

The STEPS program works in partnership with the Department of Corrections to provide integrated through care support. The AOD Reintegration Service is designed to achieve a positive, prosocial, recovery orientated culture and service, where people leaving prison are well supported to transition back into the community.
